Purification and Storage

Applications Tested
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western blot: Approx 75kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 76.5kDa according to human NP_006194.2). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml.
