Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Approx 14-15kDa band observed in Human (Cerebellum) Brain lysates (calculated MW of 12.1kDa according to NP_002845.1). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Approx 10-12kDa band also observed in Rat Skeletal Muscle and in Rat Heart cells transfected with human PVALB, but not in untransfected Rat Heart cells. Data kindly provided by Dr Wang Wang, University of Michigan.
IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex). Recommended concentration: 2.5µg/ml.

Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of Kelly cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
